Salesman Abe was great, and very nice. No problem with him. It's management I have an issue with. Dealer didn't disclose missing VIN number that I have to go to MVD and hassle with. They also gave me the impression that my vehicle was financed and loan approved at the time of signing the sales contract. In fact, they asked for more documentation 4-5 days later and told me it didn't actually fund for a week after the deal was supposedly done. Worst experience I've had with a car dealer in my life. They are shady and I wouldn't recommend them. I'm not interested in management responding to this review as this is all factual, and there is nothing they can do to fix this experience. More

I called the sales man Said for discovered issues on the purchased car,he stated yea come in and we take of it.When I got there I was told by the same sales man I had to make an appointment after 30 days of purchase so my purchase warranty covers the issues we found on the purchased car. Flaking paint on tire rims with scratches, locked glove box,USB don't work, digital screen is not working properly. When I asked to speak with Finance manager Osman I was toldhe could not be found that maybe he was in the bathroom after 40 minutes, I walked over to Osman office he recognized me and asked me to give 2 minutes and he would come see me,I waited another 30 minutes and finally got tired of waiting and left the dealership. More

The car I wanted, they passed off as clear title, but it had a salvage title. Now 3 days later they have still not refunded my deposit. The salesperson, Said, was great.
