Our sale person, Jason was not pushy and I could tell he truly wanted to help us find the right ve The used car buying experience at Germain was easy. Our sale person, Jason was not pushy and I could tell he truly wanted to help us find the right vehicle for our family and situation. I want to say Thank You to Jason for his professionalism. The only complaint I have is that his sales manager seemed to control him to much and not allow Jason to make important decisions. I wish the sales manager would have introduced himself instead of hiding behide a computer and staying as far away from the customer as possible. Jason helped us make an informed decision. The other employees seemed a little unprofessional in their demeanor. We could hear other employees talking to each other with the occasional cuss words and lack of due regard t customers in the showroom. I would have liked to see more professionalism from other sales employees. But like I said before Jason was very professional from the time he first answered my phone call to when we left the dealership. More

Not only did he wait patiently for half a year--keeping us posted and answering all questions--but he always made sure we got what we wanted and acted promptly without being excessively insistent. Sean is definitely not the typical car salesman, but that's exactly why we will be coming back to him for future purchases. His attitude, optimism, and overall quality were what defined and made the experience all the more worthwhile. Highly, highly recommend! More
