Hello, I’m Asher Puri; Business Manager for Germain Toyota of Columbus. I started in the automotive industry in 2000 joining the Germain team in 2009. I believe in treating each and every customer’s money as if it was my own. I moved to the United States for higher education at OSU. In my free time I stay busy raising my two beautiful daughters and enjoy spending time with friends and family. Our favorite vacation spot is Cedar Point, we are definitely a roller coaster freak family. I assume you might call this a hidden talent, but I can eat a raw habanero pepper and not even blink or feel heat. I also speak 5 languages. My favorite Toyota is any fully loaded model.

Kaleb was an absolute pleasure to work with! He helped me get out of the car I had into another that just fit my personal needs so much better. Taking that approach allowed me to feel confident I wasn’t being taken advantage of and that our deal was beneficial for the dealership as well. I found Kaleb to be a genuine individual that sincerely wants to bring about the best outcome for those he works with. If all the stereotypes about car salesmen makes you nervous when shopping for a vehicle, give Kaleb a call. He will treat you like a friend. I also want to shout out Asher Puri for helping me with the financing. Asher made multiple phone calls to ensure I got the best rate possible! In addition to making the paperwork process a breeze, Asher took time to explain how credit scores work to me in a way no one had before. So in addition to helping me get the best option possible for my financing he gave me good information that will help me be successful in my personal life. Knowing your financing is in the hands of such an honest and well meaning individual is not something you can take for granted. The folks at Germain Toyota are top notch!! Highly recommend! More

Great until the finance department screwed things up and didn’t have us sign the correct paperwork. I had to pay an additional payment on the vehicle traded to avoid late fees because of this. Nothing like paying $500 for a car you no longer own. We were also given inaccurate information about the Toyota credit card and he didn’t wear his mask while we were in his office. I also had a credit check done even though the car was not put in my name that I was unaware of. We are very satisfied with the car and our sales lady. She was great! More
