Where should I start, after not finding what I was looking for in 2 Toyota’s I decided to check out Germain Toyota. When I first went there the sales guy I met with was amazing and made everything eas looking for in 2 Toyota’s I decided to check out Germain Toyota. When I first went there the sales guy I met with was amazing and made everything easy. He explained everything and made sure I understood it. The salesmen ordered my car and I was as so excited to go get it today. I went there with my little ones and he was patient with us until I was done with him. Finally I met with the financial manager which his name was Tom. My little was crying and being a baby of course and Tom was annoyed to the point he ask me to ask my husband and kids to go wait in the car since he wasn’t needed. My husband was mad to the point he wanted us to leave. But just cause the salesmen was so amazing and took his time to help us I overlooked a lot. Lastly Tom was telling me about all this warranty that I was not sure I wanted and finally decided I didn’t want but he told me he already asked for the interior and exterior warranty to be done and it is already done so that meant I didn’t have a choice but to get it and to be honest and I just wanted to get my car and leave cause the vibe he was giving wasn’t welcoming and he was so annoyed. So my 1 star is for that reason. More
