From start to delivery of my new Honda H-RV,I have nothing but good feedback to say. Purchasing my new vehicle at colonial Honda was an overall positive experience. Upon my arrival I was greeted promptly by my sales rep, Derek, who was very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout t overall positive experience. Upon my arrival I was greeted promptly by my sales rep, Derek, who was very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout the process. Both employees I met with when purchasing my vehicle Derek in sales and Lucy in financing were helpful in working with me to make my purchase successful. They also made sure I was comfortable during my time there offering beverages etc. After leaving the dealership I had some questions about my purchase that I was confused about which caused me some unnecessary stress - but Derek maintained open communication, even responding after hours/his day off to provide me with a peace of mind. He made sure to follow up with me on the subject when I seen him in person the following day as well which made me feel as though my concerns were being heard. More
