First of all I like to say that crown Acura is the creme de la creme of car dealerships. I probably visited five dealerships before finding the Acura MDX at their dealership. Ashlee was my sales professional and she was AMAZING! She was personable and very transparent. She walked me through the process of purchasing this vehicle from beginning to end with so much ease. Which is a lot to say about the car buying process. It was EASY!! Jay did my final paperwork and he was AMAZING!! There weren't any hidden fees, any overpriced accessories, they were the top of the line sales people, professionals, and all around customer service representatives. They did not try to force me to use their financing because I came with my own, they asked me what I wanted and delivered 100%. Every salesperson greeted me with a smile and asked me if I needed help from the time I walked in the door. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend just visiting Crown Acura. You will not regret!! More

I highly recommend Crown Acura as they are the only Acura Dealer I found that will sell you a new car at MSRP no addons. While the Acura is a luxury brand no one on the staff used high pressure tactics to sell us accessories. They provided options but selection is totally up to the buyer. Buying a car can be traumatic but not at Crown. I highly recommend Ashlee and the dealership. More
