Of all my vehicles, I've never owned an Acura, and last year I made a deal with Crown Acura’s General Sales Manager Sophie Morris and her team for a 2025 RDX. Over the past year, I’ve had several opportunities to interact with this dealership and observe Acura General Manager Sophie at work. What impresses me most is that she is constantly looking and listening for ways to make the dealership run smoother, more efficiently, and ultimately better for the customer. Sophie is proactive. She pays attention, recognizes problems and opportunities, and looks for ways to improve things rather than simply walking past them. That is what good management is all about. Acura of Clearwater is fortunate to have Sophie Morris in a leadership position. After nearly 60 vehicles and more dealership experiences than I can count, I don’t give praise like this lightly.
