I prefer going to the dealership over a local mechanic but it is difficult getting an appointment within 2 weeks notice.. The website is not super user friendly either.. And you do have to verify the work but it is difficult getting an appointment within 2 weeks notice.. The website is not super user friendly either.. And you do have to verify the work you are getting done - I once received an oil change after requesting them not do it (I did it myself a week earlier) and they did it anyway during state inspection.. That was frustrating but I will say the people are incredibly nice, easy to get a hold of and the amenities in the wait room are great More
