25000 mile maintenance Racine Toyota never ceases to provide outstanding service. When my lease is up, I will definitely work with Jakub for my next lease or purchase. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and even included my daughters in explaining all the features of my Highlander. The service department personnel are top notch! They are very aware of their customers time and keep appointments to the time scheduled and update you along the way. They are prompt to return phone calls and the automated email reminders are great. The service, follow up and schedule accommodations are the best around. This service I had them also detail my car, it was filthy inside and out and loaded with dog fur from my German Shepard. When I picked up my car it looked brand new, like it just drove off the new car showroom floor. Thank you to everyone at Racine Toyota for never letting me down. More

They worked with me There were positives and negatives. The first negative was that the price of the parts was quoted higher than another estimate I brought in and had to There were positives and negatives. The first negative was that the price of the parts was quoted higher than another estimate I brought in and had to ask to get a price match. Positive-they matched the price. Negative-the parts department ordered the wrong part and I had to come in 2 separate times to get repairs done because the wrong part was ordered at first. I asked if I could get a free oil change for my trouble, Ashley asked the manager if he could do that and he gave me a $50 credit instead. This is a positive. To make my experience better, I would have preferred that the parts department match the price without me asking and that if there is an error from the service department (such as ordering the wrong part), that Toyota would offer a credit without me having to ask. They did take care of me after I asked, I would feel better knowing that it’s also Toyota’s goal to take care of me too. More
