The first negative was that the price of the parts was quoted higher than another estimate I brought in and had to There were positives and negatives. Negative-the parts department ordered the wrong part and I had to come in 2 separate times to get repairs done because the wrong part was ordered at first. I asked if I could get a free oil change for my trouble, Ashley asked the manager if he could do that and he gave me a $50 credit instead. This is a positive. To make my experience better, I would have preferred that the parts department match the price without me asking and that if there is an error from the service department (such as ordering the wrong part), that Toyota would offer a credit without me having to ask. They did take care of me after I asked, I would feel better knowing that it’s also Toyota’s goal to take care of me too. More

I am not even sure what that is or if I said it correctly. It is under warranty for 10yr/100K. My warranty expired 10 days ago due to the 10 year mark. I called Toyota and spoke with Matthew. His quote was “it doesnt matter if it is 1 minute or 1 mile out of warranty, Toyota will not cover it.” I have only purchased Toyota (2) or Lexus (2) vehicles in the last 10 years. Four vehicles in total and all purchased new. Right now, I really dont care to purchase another product. More
