Went in for routine maintenance I went in for routine maintenance but ended up changing brake pads and rotors and cooling system fluid exchanges which resulted in a big bill. I have always taken my car to the Racine Toyota, thinking they know exactly what car needs and how to make repairs. My only concern is that service managers are just looking for work to be tacked on that may not actually be needed at the time. Customers like me who know nothing about car repairs, must trust the people at Toyota to be honest about what is needed. Thanks for having coffee available and after reading the instructions, I finally figured out how to get water out of that dispenser!! I will continue to use your services. Thanks. More

However, the salepeople really elevated my opinion of helping us through the process of purchasing our vehicle. We were looking for one with a particular color features and it needed to be a hybrid. That particular car was not on their lot so Calvin went to Illinois to pick up the car we are looking for that very evening. The next day Edgar showed me the car and had it ready for a test drive-yes this was the one! Followup has been outstanding as Calvin made sure everything was working perfect. This is the second car we bought from Racine Toyota and when we are in need of another vehicle it will be a Toyota from this dealership. More
