Ash was personable, honest, and most importantly knowledgeable about BMW... We traveled from NJ to Allentown because Daniels had the car we wanted, and also had lots of other cars in stock. We got a great deal on the car, and made some new friends in the process. Both Gary and Clint assisted and both were perfect gentlemen.... There were no hard sales on extras, there were answers to every question we had, and we completed our initial test drive and delivery of the car on a single day -- a Saturday no less. Greatest Buying Experiance I have had the opportunity and experience of shopping for many cars in my time and in another lifetime, I actually worked in a dealership so I am very I have had the opportunity and experience of shopping for many cars in my time and in another lifetime, I actually worked in a dealership so I am very familiar with the selling process. In looking for my latest car I was following an advertisement placed by Daniels BMW for a preowned 2016, 228i xDrive. While my wife and I were looking at the cars available we were greeted by Ashley Alderfer,, and I thought to myself OK, here comes the pushy sales person. Not so, Ashley was a breath of fresh air, answering questions and completely demonstrating all of the features of the car including riding in the back seat of a convertible for a test drive with the top down. I did not intent to purchase a car that day but after a brief sales process we agreed on a price and we purchased the convertible. I was impressed by many features of the Daniels experience from the greeting by the receptionist, the capabilities of the services department, the information provided in the sales process and the efficiency of completing the transfer. Most of all, however, I was impressed by Ashley, her personality, professionalism, knowledge of the car, follow up and the time she spent explaining every feature were greatly appreciated. More

Ashley, my salesperson, went beyond my expectations. This was truly the best car buying experience, I have ever had. Ashley took the time to explain all of the features that were in the 5 Series that I purchased and set these features in the new 5 Series. Ashley then made it a point to convey to my wife that if we ever experienced a problem in figuring something out, she would go into a 5 Series, videotape what needs to be completed and text the video to us. That is truly customer service at its best. I will be buying nothing but BMWs from this point forward, from Ashely at Daniel’s BMW. More

Even though we now live over an hours away (and there is another dealership close to us), we went back to Daniels to purchase this one. Our salesperson, Tony, was very professional and courteous. He promptly answered all our questions and didn't pressure us at all (as we visited the dealership more than once and exchanged numerous emails). He was extremely helpful with questions we had after we took our new vehicle home. Would highly recommend Daniels! More

The experience I had at Daniel's, and specifically with Ashley is why I chose the BMW over Audi. They were easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and never once made me feel like I was getting taken advantage of. I think Ashley was more excited for me than I was! Even after I took the car home, I have asked Ashley a few questions on how to use features. Not only did she respond quickly, she texted me videos so I couldn't mess it up!! Absolute great buying experience , will definitely get my next car there, and tell all my friends and family to do the same! More
