We got in touch with Ashley Alderfer about the x5 Daniels had for sale she was super helpful and we set up an appointment to go look and talk to her .. Upon arrival at Daniels my wife and I were treated with such grace and respect you would have thought we were a king and queen .. We drove a 2 hour trip to talk to Ashely ,and (Gary the sales manager ) they were very committed to putting us in the x5 for sure ... We came to a very fair agreement ,I feel for both sides ..let me say we bought an eight year old x5 and the whole staff at Daniels including sales ,service, detailing.. Were outstanding ..they gave us a used car that look like a brand new one !!!! We truly were treated extremely well at Daniels ..we will be back to purchase our next BMW there !!! Thank You To Ashely ,Gary and Clint ..I just can't say enough good things about you guys ... Should you have any doubts about buying a new or used car here ,trust me you will have None ... I dealt with Ashley, who deserves a rating of 10 and above . She was absolutely awesome, her knowledge of the car was incredible, she was helpful and kind, her smile and her personality was infectious and she was fun to work with. The dealership should give her a raise. I also dealt with Gary and Rick and even though I only spent a short amount of time with them they also proved to be knowledgable and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for great service and great cars. More

We wanted an SUV and narrowed our search down to BMW and it's nearest competitor. Ashley provided "genius" style knowledge about every aspect of the choices her dealership offered. She was eager to explain the short and long term benefits of purchasing through Daniels BMW. Each time we made an appointment we were made to feel very welcome with a no pressure approach to the entire process. Finalizing the deal, completing paperwork, insurance and transfers were seamless thanks to Joe Grazer and Rick Mugione. We also know the service is top class. This is our 3rd BMW and look forward to once again work with with Joe Millington to keep it in peak condition. More
