Horrible. Service manager was very disrespectful and confrontational. Talked over me. Interrupted me when talking to Ashley. Spent 2k and approved all RED marked items. Picked it up and lights were still on. Was told to just drive it and after 100 miles and it should go off. It didn't so I brought it back and am told it would take 3500 more! No one explained if the first fix didn't work the next would be 3500 more! Transparency is huge for a business demanding 1000s in an economy that is hurting! I wouldn't have done the first repair if it wasn't going to fix anything! I will be seeking legal action. More
