We’re very sorry to hear about the frustration you experienced during your recent visit, especially around communication and the amount of time you were without your vehicle. That’s not the experience we want anyone to have. I would like to clarify that the delay was due to the extended warranty company choosing to supply their own part. Unfortunately, we cannot control their shipping times, and that’s what caused the longer wait. The moment the part arrived, our team completed the repair the same day. That said, we absolutely should have communicated more clearly throughout the process, and we apologize that you felt you had to call for updates.
