The quoted price for parts and labor was a maximum of $680. After dropping off the car, I was informed that the gasket was out of stock. Since I already had a gasket and a filter, I suggested the mechani $680. After dropping off the car, I was informed that the gasket was out of stock. Since I already had a gasket and a filter, I suggested the mechanic use my parts. The job was completed using my filter and gasket, and the final bill came to $630. Interestingly, the cost of the two parts I provided is significantly higher than the discount I received. This experience makes me consider bringing my car back here for future service. I did not expect it from a reputable Volkswagen dealer. More

They suggested work that either already has been done or was not needed, even after I did not request them to do anything past what I made the appointment for. Ordered parts ahead of time, was told I’d was not needed, even after I did not request them to do anything past what I made the appointment for. Ordered parts ahead of time, was told I’d be notified when they came in, but wasn’t. When I called to ask about the parts, they told me they’d been there for a few days. Service was done. Their status website said they were waiting on authorization for work. I had to go ask about real status after 1 1/2 hours. Then had to wait for the cashier. After waiting for 20 minutes asked about status and it was sitting there waiting for me to ask. Overall, not a great experience. Have had better at the Honda deal ship near me. More
