This vehicle purchase was an incredible deal made to my advantage. The Firkins personnel with whom I interfaced were all courteous, knowledgeable, respectful, and patient with me, a widowed senior who was advantage. I could not be more please AND appreciative of both the deal I made and the treatment I received at Firkins. This was my third vehicle purchase from this dealer. Process was very easy there. I was set up with Mark Gray almost as soon as I entered the showroom. Within 10 minutes I was in the car we were looking for. My wife and I were taking a test drive in no time. almost as soon as I entered the showroom. Within 10 minutes I was in the car we were looking for. My wife and I were taking a test drive in no time. Mark was very friendly and very cordial through out the entire process. Unfortunately you had just installed a new computer system and this sort of hindered the purchase process some what. No fault of Marks. He had the car readied and sent me to the young Lady who took care of all of the paper work unfortunately I cannot recall her name. But she was also very excellent. All in all it was a very calm and easy experience. More
