Not up front about pricing or what is covered under
warranty. Went in expecting to be covered/minimal cost with my warranty from the dealership. They explained maintenance policy so I was ready to pay
warranty. Went in expecting to be covered/minimal cost with my warranty from the dealership. They explained maintenance policy so I was ready to pay $150. Then they told me I needed front brakes already after buying car in October. I asked if this would be covered under the warranty and was told no because it’s maintenance. Service person told me $580 for all services and I assumed that was everything parts/labor but I ended up having to pay $712. Well over what I had initially planned to spend at the dealership. Not coming here for service again.

Unlike other dealers where you have to ask to speak for the sales manager after you get in dead end with the salesman , I was greeted and welcomed by the sales manager when I just walked in the dealership. Mr Stephane Jovin understood exactly what I needed and within few minutes he answered all my questions with a professional manner. He then introduced me to Ryan the salesman who took me to test drive two vehicles.
Ryan made sure that I know every feature that the car offered.
The financial negotiation with Stephane was clear and honest , he made sure I got the best deal possible by offering me a rebate and a discount.
When it comes to sign the paperwork, it was done without any further delay.
I do really appreciate the fact that these people care about the customer time , they didn’t play any gimmicks or throw any extra charge on the deal .
At the delivery time of my vehicle it was plotless, the gas tank was full and the battery was fully charged. .
To Stephane and Rayan I can’t thank you guys enough for making this experience a complete success and statistician.
At the Midstate Mitsubishi I believe I am with a big family that trully care about me….
