Things that are wrong are not covered in the first 30days or 1200miles. Ticking engine, thumping undercarriage. Loud turning. The service will not look at it or anything. I dropped my jeep off Sunday night. Waited until Thursday to check status. Ashley said she had to check with service manager and she would call back. Today being Friday didn't hear anything, I called around 11/11:30 another employee answered put me on hold to track Ashley down. Ashley was with another customer. After being on hold a brief time Ashley did not speak with me and the gentleman said that my jeep needed a cylinder gasket???. Last I knew it was emissions related. However he stated Ashley would can't and it's now 5:30 and haven't heard anything back. At this point a red flag is going up. Starting to get a bit concerning More
