I was asked to change my appointment due to a meeting happening at 1. (No problem) however I showed up at 11 and I never left until 12:40.. I understand they were behind (only learned that after overheat happening at 1. (No problem) however I showed up at 11 and I never left until 12:40.. I understand they were behind (only learned that after overheating it) lack of communication is why I am rating it lower than I typically would. If you would have told me then that's different but sitting there without knowing is frustrating. I even used the messaging that is provided for updates and never heard back. Also never was mentioned 'oh I'm sorry things were running later', or anything like that would have made a world of difference. More

Normally I always have a good experience,the last visit wasn't the greatest with time management on the mechanics end. Always had great service at this location this is a third car we purchased there and I’ve always had good service from day. One salesman are excellent. Service department is excellent.
