Waited until Thursday to check status. Ashley said she had to check with service manager and she would call back. I didn't receive a call back from h

Today being Friday didn't hear anything, I called around 11/11:30 another employee answered put me on hold to track Ashley down. Ashley was with another customer. After being on hold a brief time Ashley did not speak with me and the gentleman said that my jeep needed a cylinder gasket???. Last I knew it was emissions related. However he stated Ashley would can't and it's now 5:30 and haven't heard anything back. At this point a red flag is going up. Starting to get a bit concerning
