From Abby to Ashley my experience with your service writers was top notch with this attention to detail and commitment to determining what was at the crux of my noted car performance symptoms. Both of writers was top notch with this attention to detail and commitment to determining what was at the crux of my noted car performance symptoms. Both of them communicated between themselves and then us to provide seamless service follow through. Although the original noises we were concerned about were not able to be duplicated in the service bay examination over several days we were given multiple options of how to isolate and replicate them for their convenience to go forward in the repair or mitigation of the underlying conditions producing them. This was very helpful. In the service bays Adam and Joe took the time to try to find and resolve my car symptoms. Thry went the extra mile to help me figure out what was causing our noted noises and concerns. The 75k mile maintenance and oil change were performed at the typical Lexus of Carlsbad aplomb and diligence. It was topped off with a detailed car wash. More

The last detail in my purchase of a beautiful 2019 ES 350 At Lexus Carlsbad was to have my spare key programmed. Starting with the sales team, I was directected to the service department. Unfortunately, At Lexus Carlsbad was to have my spare key programmed. Starting with the sales team, I was directected to the service department. Unfortunately, it was mid morning - and me without an appointment on a busy day- when I was assigned to Ashley Dorschel. I was initially concerned that my issue was bogged down in miscommunications (it happens in the best of organizations). Ashley put my concern to rest with her "get-it-done" attitude. She physically walked over to the sales side to better understand the situation, then lined up a service technician to do the work, while ordering the necessary key. She arranged for my complimentary loaner vehicle and promised to call when the work was done. Mid-next day I returned to sign the work order and picked up my freshly washed ES 350 - and spare key! It's an old adage that positive reviews, testimonials, repeat customers and word-of-mouth business comes from what is said and done AFTER a dealship cashes the check - not before.
