I located Vernon via the internet and was very pleased with their presence on the internet and the wide selection which was really easy to filter and sort on their website. I had a couple of phone calls with Derek prior to making a trip to test drive. Derek was never pushy and was respectful and professional. Once I settled on a vehicle and made the purchase the paperwork portion was done quickly and hassle free. After leaving the dealership I encountered a couple of small issues with the vehicle and the entire staff was helpful and proactive in helping to work thru those issues. I communicated with Derek Wilson and Ashley Hernandez via email and they were both quick to respond and mad sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. Excellent I contacted Vernon auto group in an effort to get the lowest price I could on a loaded 2017 ford f-250. Robby Ramsey was very courteous and professional and initially came in over the phone with the lowest price I had received and also offered me a very respectable offer on a trade. Within approx 4 days the sales manager called me and offered me a deal I could not resist. Upon receipt of the vehicle which was delivered to my home, I noticed a scratch on the painted portion of the mirror and after texting Robby Ramsey his customer service manager Ashley Hernandez contacted me and gave me instructions on what to do so I could get the scratch repaired. I asked tons of questions the entire time and was always treated professionally. I will definitely go back to Vernon auto group for my next purchase. More
