He did every thing I asked without question and provided all the photos of the vehicle I desired since I was unable to come into the dealership in person. I live 1100 miles away. He not only went beyond my needs during the sale, he also made sure having the vehicle shipped the 1100 miles to my home was an easy experience as well. Steve Ybarra is a salesman dedicated to trying to make his customers happy. He enjoys his job and dealing with people, but more importantly he says what he is going to do and does it. No ifs, no ands, no buts. With his positive attitude and attention to details for his customer, Steve is a great asset for the Vernon Auto Group. It does not stop with Steve. Sara Raines worked hard to get the financing from Ford at their best rate for me. Michial Cox did a great job of presenting the warranty options and completing the paperwork. After driving 300 miles to get to the dealership, the buying experience made the trip time well spent. Much better deal than local dealerships would ever consider. Then four days after the six hour return trip back home, I get a call from Ashley Hernandez just checking that everything is good and that I am still happy with our business transaction. Strait up I dealt with Nick Ware he was helpful and strait forward with me. I enjoyed dealing with him . He identified most of the problems and concerns before I arrived to look at the truck that we eventually purchased. The truck had a few cleaning issues in the interior that I wish had been cleaned better by the detailer and interior cleaner that Nick took it to while we were waiting to sign paperwork. As far as the truck goes I am very happy with it. Now as far as the Finance department Michial Cox he was horrible to deal with. He ended up trying to sell me more and more stuff and tried doubling my payment amount, especially after I had just told him no. Then he was in such a hurry I ended up pointing out some of his mistakes. Other than him I would definitely buy another vehicle from them. More

Great people to deal with I purchased a new F350 crew cab over the phone.I then scheduled a pick up at DFW airport in Texas. Steve coordinated his people to meet my schedule. I landed at DFW walked out the front door of the airport and the truck I purchased was sitting by the front door waiting for me. It took about 5 minutes and we were on our way.
