Strait up I dealt with Nick Ware he was helpful and strait forward with me. I enjoyed dealing with him . He identified most of the problems and concerns before I arrived to look at the truck that we eventually purchased. The truck had a few cleaning issues in the interior that I wish had been cleaned better by the detailer and interior cleaner that Nick took it to while we were waiting to sign paperwork. As far as the truck goes I am very happy with it. Now as far as the Finance department Michial Cox he was horrible to deal with. He ended up trying to sell me more and more stuff and tried doubling my payment amount, especially after I had just told him no. Then he was in such a hurry I ended up pointing out some of his mistakes. Other than him I would definitely buy another vehicle from them. More

Great people to deal with I purchased a new F350 crew cab over the phone.I then scheduled a pick up at DFW airport in Texas. Steve coordinated his people to meet my schedule. I purchased a new F350 crew cab over the phone.I then scheduled a pick up at DFW airport in Texas. Steve coordinated his people to meet my schedule. I landed at DFW walked out the front door of the airport and the truck I purchased was sitting by the front door waiting for me. It took about 5 minutes and we were on our way. Great Online Purchase I found and purchased a used 2013 Ford Explore from the internet showroom with Randall. He made me feel comfortable during the entire process and worked with me on my schedule in a very timely manor. He provide me with plenty of information about the vehicle, he told me it was practically new. Now that i've had the vehicle for two days, I would agree it's like new. The price of the vehicle was the best that I could find online with all the features I was looking for. Vernon provided a competitive rate for financing but I chose a different option to finance the vehicle. Finally, they offered to deliver the car to me for an expectable price considering it would have been a 6 hour drive round trip for me. Overall, Randall did a great job and this was an easy online purchase. I would recommend it to any friend.
