My last three dealings with several dealerships in Santa Fe and Albuquerque New Mexico had left a very sour taste in my mouth. So much so that when a friend of mine found out I was in the market for a new truck he recommended Vernon Auto Group to me. Not only were they incredibly helpful in helping me pair down their extensive inventory to the trucks I would be interested in, they stayed in contact and assisted me in any way they could WITHOUT the high pressure one normally experiences in car dealerships. I cannot say enough great things about Junior, Chris, Ashley, Sheridan and the entire team at VAG . We got together on the phone Tuesday discussed what I wanted and what I was trading in. He came in at a fair price on what I was going to buy but was a little low on the trade. Finally got about about what I wanted on the trade. Drove over for a 1:30 appointment to sign papers. They took my trade over and had it appraised still came back a little low because I forgot to tell them about a dent in the rear bumper and a rock chip I had gotten the day before on along trip, which I understand but when I said that they wouldn’t fix those items before they try to sale it, he told me they would. But it was listed online the very next day. He did meet me in the middle on the difference. Finance went very smooth with a good interest rate. Got in and out in about 2 hours. Overall happy with the experience!! More

2nd time around had some issues, but all got resolved. I was happy with the vehicle purchase, after a couple of minor things were addressed that we found on the trip home and I was happy with Steve Ybarra I was happy with the vehicle purchase, after a couple of minor things were addressed that we found on the trip home and I was happy with Steve Ybarra who was the salesman. The clerical side of the sale had some lengthy paperwork delay issues, but 8 weeks later, I can now say those issues, as well as penalties acquired, have been satisfactorily resolved. I was a return customer since my 1st experience was good with Vernon Auto Group. My 2nd experience did have it's frustrations on the clerical side, but again, all have been satisfactorily resolved. I did not rate Ashley, as she became ill and the paperwork was continued thru Vanessa. More
