Too long to diagnose the problem I dropped my car off 7:30 am on 3/27/2019 and by lunch that day I had not received a call to update my car. When I called to check the man that I talk I dropped my car off 7:30 am on 3/27/2019 and by lunch that day I had not received a call to update my car. When I called to check the man that I talked to stated that the car had not been looked at. By 3:30 that day I still had not received a call so I called again and this time a lady told me that they were having problems diagnosing the problem with the check engine light being on and that they would have to keep the car.
