I absolutely would recommend I would not let anyone else touch my cars and trucks. I prefer to use a shop I can depend on. Too long to diagnose the problem I dropped my car off 7:30 am on 3/27/2019 and by lunch that day I had not received a call to update my car. When I called to check the man that I talk I dropped my car off 7:30 am on 3/27/2019 and by lunch that day I had not received a call to update my car. When I called to check the man that I talked to stated that the car had not been looked at. By 3:30 that day I still had not received a call so I called again and this time a lady told me that they were having problems diagnosing the problem with the check engine light being on and that they would have to keep the car. I finally received a call the following morning that they had found the problem. The length that they had the car was way too long! More

EXCELLENT SERVICE 2003 Ford F350 7.3L 4x4.. Ashley Isley promised it would be done in time for my wife and I to use for a horse show on Friday. Truck was dropped off on 2003 Ford F350 7.3L 4x4.. Ashley Isley promised it would be done in time for my wife and I to use for a horse show on Friday. Truck was dropped off on Monday and repair was completed Wednesday as promised and on estimate. Put gas in a F-250 diesel I accidentally put gas in my f 250 diesel truck. I called green Ford and they sent a tow truck immediately. They had my truck repaired in a few hours. The service advisor and my sales representative we're both extremely helpful. You could not get better service from any other dealership. I am extremely satisfied with the performance up everyone at Green Ford. More
