ASHLEY IS THE BEST I came by on Friday afternoon because my air was out on my King Ranch. After I was turned away by one of your employees and to call back on Monday I I came by on Friday afternoon because my air was out on my King Ranch. After I was turned away by one of your employees and to call back on Monday I spoke with Ashley whom I have known for years and she said let me see what I can do Mr. Crawford. It was Mother's Day weekend and I had a trip planned so it meant a lot. this is not the first time she has taken care of me when I was turned down by other employees. I have purchase several King Ranches from Green Ford and we all know they are not cheap. IF ASHLEY EVER LEAVES GREEN FORD I WILL BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE. Computer service. I had the computer fail in my F-150, the new computer had to be ordered. The part didn't arrive until the next day, the service tech got it done. Fixed but disappointed Took a couple of days to determine the issue with my truck. I called Friday afternoon and had to leave a message and never received a call back. Picked up truck Monday afternoon and nobody ever went over the bill or explained what was done other than replacing the fuel pump. Had a question about a extended warranty and towing that was never answered. Disappointed after spending over $1000.00. More
