Repair work was first rate. It was very difficult to contact anyone in service. I tried calling for two days before I could talk to a service advisor. I feel I was screwed over by this dealer. They showed me one vehicle, a 2022 Ford Escape AWD but after signing the paperwork they switched the vehicle to a FWD vehicle that was a different co They showed me one vehicle, a 2022 Ford Escape AWD but after signing the paperwork they switched the vehicle to a FWD vehicle that was a different color. I’ll never do business here again More

I brought my van in to have the doors fixed. There were two issues one was the locks the other was the passenger sliding door would automatically close on me and my kids which is dangerous. I wa There were two issues one was the locks the other was the passenger sliding door would automatically close on me and my kids which is dangerous. I was told it would be ready by the end of the day but it ended up being the next day because they were waiting on parts. When I picked up the van I again asked if both issues have been fixed and was assured that they had. The very next day I went to use the passenger sliding door it again automatically started closing on me when I was trying to reach inside. I then called the dealership and left a message for my service person I believe her name was Ashley and never received a call back More
