I really liked the attention i got while looking for a new car. I had an idea of the trim and color. I was shown a 2023 model but it was a higher trim model and was told what I was interested in for 2024 new car. I had an idea of the trim and color. I was shown a 2023 model but it was a higher trim model and was told what I was interested in for 2024 has same options but it didn’t my fault for not checking. Sale was fine but once I started the paperwork I felt rushed and the salesperson kept leaving when new buyers walked in. I felt he should have stayed with me the whole process. I like my trim model but feel if I get another sportage I will get a different one. Overalll it was a pleasant experience More

Juan was the best sales representative I've ever dealt with! I've been to multiple car dealerships and by far he is the most respectful and professional representative! I met Ashley which is the Manager a with! I've been to multiple car dealerships and by far he is the most respectful and professional representative! I met Ashley which is the Manager at Kia Napoli and she is just as professional and helpful. I am so happy with my new vehicle and I will be coming back here at Kia Napoli to get another vehicle once my lease ends. When you’re there it doesn’t feel like any other dealership. They actually take time and to help you find the right vehicle for you! I bought a 2024 Kia Seltos EX and I’m still trying to figure out all the gadgets inside but this vehicle is the one for me!
