My entire process of getting a new car was sketchy. I said what I was looking for and I got something completely different. Not even the same make of car I asked for. Their favorite response is " it's cosmetic", when I asked About buying another warranty through them, they didn't even acknowledge the question and every time I called the dealership to talk to Mike in finance he would dodge my calls, or the receptionist transfers me to a phone no one answers.
