One of The Best Car Purchase Experiences The purchase of a 2020 Crosstrek at Heritage Catonsville was one the best car purchase experiences I've had in over 50 years of buying cars for myself The purchase of a 2020 Crosstrek at Heritage Catonsville was one the best car purchase experiences I've had in over 50 years of buying cars for myself and helping friends and family buy cars (about 23 cars all together). William Hoyt was our salesman. From beginning to end there was no high pressure. There was no bait and switch. There were no broken promises. William offered the best price compared to 9 other Subaru dealers in the Baltimore-Washington area. When 4 accessories needed to be added to the car, Heritage charged an eminently fair price. When we got to the dealership William was patient answering all our questions both during the test drive and afterward in his office. He was very knowledgeable. Alyse was the person in Finance we dealt with. She presented the features and benefits of maintenance plans, extended warranties, and other enhancements. She gave us the prices and if we saw potential benefit, she indicated which ones there might be price flexibility. We did buy the 3-year maintenance plan at a discounted price which was a good value compared to their service department's normal pricing for those 6 service visits (I also checked the prices at several other Subaru dealer's service departments and Heritage was the least expensive). More

The reviews are focused on the product with the little mention of the go between to get you into a new vehicle. . .website, staff and responsiveness. I must say that Heritage Subaru gets high marks for quality product and staff. William Hoyt, our sales person, is excellent to deal with. The final process was a little slow due to covid19 social distancing, and he arranged a loaner so we could go home and take care of our dog while we were waiting. Customer compassion goes a long way. We are satisfied with the Forester and all of the attention and follow-up since purchasing. Keep up the good work! More
