Ms. Richards was as pleasant as could be into duping my husband into buying the seat protection plan for $1000 when we leased our Subaru. She along with the manager Zil Chaudry insisted that it was applied the day we leased the cars. We were told it takes a minimum of an hour to apply the packet. We left immediately after leasing the car, I wrote numerous emails and left phone messages for months without anyone ever responding, My husband finally went Into the dealership and he was given a stain remover kit. Ms. Richards finally called me insisting that it was applied the very day we leased the car. She offered me a free oil change to try and appease me. When we leased the car my husband was suffering from pulmonary fibrosis and wore oxygen 24/7. I clearly remember his battery on the portable oxygen machine was running low and we were unable to wait any longer for the packet to be applied, It is beyond outrageous that Heritage continues to insist it was applied, Don't become victim to their grift. I would only recommend Catonsville Heritage Subaru to my worst enemy, and even then with some pause. After repeated emails to managers who never responded, my husband finally went to Subaru and was just given a stain remover packet. They have since gaslighted me and refused to apply the treatment insisting it was applied the day we leased the car. Don't become a victim to their grift. More
