On The Fence To be honest, we were on the fence about returning to Nissan. We had four previous leases, but the experience at the last dealer was not good. Legend Nissan is a 30 minute drive from our home. It is well worth it. Our Sales Consultant, Mr. Alam, was knowledgeable about the product, inventory and promos. Both Adam and Alam are amazing!! Alam is an outstanding salesman. The level of professionalism which he provided and executed until I left Legend Nissan with my new Altima was truly o Alam is an outstanding salesman. The level of professionalism which he provided and executed until I left Legend Nissan with my new Altima was truly outstanding as well as unfounded in car dealerships. Not only was Alam extremely professional, he was polite, listened to your needs, as well as held true to what he put on the table. He was full of product knowledge , and if he did not have the answer on the spot he was certainly very quick to provide it. His communication and follow through were both excellent as well. His coordination efforts in working with Adam( the Sales Manager)who is fabulous as well were great. Thanks to both Adam and Alam and their terrific professionalism, honesty and excellent customer service, I will continue to remain a loyal customer at Legend Nissan. He was pleasant and honest from the handshake. No surprise fees or charges as he explained them before seeing them on the bill of sale.
