Great experience with Alam Alam sold me a Nissan Rogue this summer and I was happy with the car and the overall experience. We took a test drive in two different cars and he was Alam sold me a Nissan Rogue this summer and I was happy with the car and the overall experience. We took a test drive in two different cars and he was easy going and helpful throughout. He agreed to repair a minor defect on the passenger mirror. He went through several financing options with me and helped me with an issue I had with the title on my trade in. Note to others - Don’t fill in the title on your own. Let them show you where to sign and not sign. Alam hooked up my phone with the car’s Bluetooth, showed me how to work the Sirius Radio, etc - just took the time to show me the extras. and he’s been kind enough to follow up to see how I’m liking the car. Buying a car is stressful but all in all it was a good experience. I recommend Alam as an honest salesman and a good guy. More

Easy Leasing Process Alam made the entire leasing process easy and locked down everything we wanted. Went back for a second car that was not in stock at the dealership and Alam made the entire leasing process easy and locked down everything we wanted. Decent experience until it became a pain Staff was kind enough and motivated to sell you a car. But experience took a turn for the worse when it comes to getting your refund. It took me months and constantly having to communicate to Alam, the sales person whom I worked with to ask about the status of the refund. When he's trying to sell you a car, he's very responsive. But not when it comes to giving owed money back to you. Be warned. More
