Comfortable and easy comfortable and easy In the past I have dreaded every time my lease comes due, knowing that I have to deal with car salesman and the dance about the numbers. This time was In the past I have dreaded every time my lease comes due, knowing that I have to deal with car salesman and the dance about the numbers. This time was totally different, Alam was friendly, honest and genuinely seemed to care about me getting the car I wanted at the price I needed. He was not pushy or overbearing and made it into a good experience and I hope that in 3 years when I need to trade my car in for a new lease that he will still be there and that it will be as easy next time as it was this time. Amazing Customer Service I always hate when my lease is up getting a new car because of all the games salesmen play with you and the back and forth.... but not anymore. I went to Alam on the recommendation of another friend and i can’t say enough good thinks about him. We told him what we wanted to pay and he went away and came back with exactly what we wanted. He is such a great guy and totally genuine. Was upfront with us about what he could and couldn’t do for us. I will never go anywhere else again. What a pleasant experience. More

Perfect Winter Purchase Alam was refreshingly straight-forward, extremely knowledgeable and informative...without being too pushy. Picked up my new car, along with my son, on Alam was refreshingly straight-forward, extremely knowledgeable and informative...without being too pushy. Picked up my new car, along with my son, on the coldest day of the year. The remote start and heated steering wheel and seats were a nice-to-have, but the way the car handled in the snow and ice were a need-to-have, that brutally cold day.
