He found the exact color combination for the car I wanted, which I know was not easy for him. He was reassuring throughout our encounter and I love the Murano I drove home today. Alam was courteous, professional and kind. The financing also went smoothly. The transaction was not painfully long, like I remember with most of my car purchases, which was pleasantly surprising. If I don't actually buy this Murano when the lease is up, I am sure I will lease another one from Alam at that time. More

The car was ready, insurance completed and financing (which tends to be the frustrating part, but he was not only helpful, but not pushy) was smooth. First time good experience This is the first time that I visited the dealership. I was greeted by Alam. He was professional, straightforward amd not pushy. I traded in my old car and got a fair value. I had a small issue with the vehicle which was quickly repaired. The manager Ed reached out to me to apologize and make sure everything worked out. It's nice to visit a dealership where the staff cares about the customer. More
