The car buying experience itself was fine and we liked Igor, our salesperson. However, we were extremely disappointed that at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic in Ohio, only one employee in the entire d Igor, our salesperson. However, we were extremely disappointed that at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic in Ohio, only one employee in the entire dealership was wearing a mask. Igor put one on only when he was sitting in the car with us showing us the features. If you actually care about your customers and employees and it’s not just lipservice you should require all employees to wear masks. More

Great sales people but watch it if you have a auto show $500. off certificate. I gave to sales man and he stated they have nothing to do with it, its a cooperate thing but watch it if you have a auto show $500. off certificate.
