He had solid information about every aspect of the car-buying experience, was patient, was assertive in the best possible way, and saw the deal through to its conclusion, staying late into the night to make sure we were comfortable with all details. Perry followed through with tremendous customer service and was very much an "old friend" by the time we were done. Purchased Honda #5 on Memorial Day I had previously purchased 4 Honda's from this dealership and loved everyone of them. Then when it was time to purchase another one, I purchased a dif I had previously purchased 4 Honda's from this dealership and loved everyone of them. Then when it was time to purchase another one, I purchased a different car. Realizing the error of my decision, I returned to Honda of Columbia where I was greeted by John Nick. I already knew what I wanted so it was just a matter of making the numbers work. That's when Asten Lawson got involved. He knew me from previous purchases, so he made it happen. I'm so thrilled to be back in a Honda Accord. My sincere thanks go out to Asten and John for their assistance and professionalism, as well as making the transaction as painless as possible. Of the five Honda dealers given to me by True Car, Honda of Columbia actually followed through and give me a clear out the door price for the exact model that I was looking to buy. Then they followed up with useful emails and information to supplement the price that I got. They responded directly by email to answer my questions. Adam Bliss, their sales rep handled my purchase from start to finish. He was excellent and I thought the whole purchase model was professional and timely.
