I recently purchased a new Honda CR-V from Honda of Columbia. I had the pleasure of working with Matt Taylor as well as Asten Lawson. Both gentlemen were as courteous as they could possibly be and th Columbia. I had the pleasure of working with Matt Taylor as well as Asten Lawson. Both gentlemen were as courteous as they could possibly be and the fact that I was alone and never felt pressured in any way was extremely important to my decision of completing the car transaction on the spot without waiting for someone to come and be with me. I was constantly being asked if I had any questions and answered all of my concerns immediately and honestly. I also liked the layout of the facility itself. Not only is it very accommodating with all of its ammenities, but the private offices insure that your personal information remains personal. I had a predetermined check list of expectations compiled after a bad experience at another dealer and without having to ask about a single one of them, they were ALL met. This entire experience from beginning to end was more than I ever dreamed possible. I now have the car and color I was wanting, the payment I wanted and for the terms I was hoping for. I am one happy lady right now and I have also been assured that they will continue to help with any issues or questions that may arise in the future. My husband and I went to the Dealership listed above late Saturday evening, approximately 8:30 pm just to look around. Matt Taylor was still working and he came out to see if he could help us. He took the time to show us the 2013 Accord and the CRV. We spent about an hour with Matt and he never appeared to upset that we kept him so long. I was still undecided and explained that we were going to look at the Nissan's since I had a Maxima. He assured me that I would be wasting my time because Honda had the best product. Matt's knowledge of the cars was quite impressive. We left and went to the Nissan dealership. It was late and an employee was still there and showed us some cars. Matt was correct it was a waste of time. I came back on Monday and met with Matt. I was leaning toward the CRV and my husband liked the Accord. The Accord in the showroom was pretty but not a color I wanted. Matt asked what color I liked and I said Black, which we did not see on the lot. Matt went to take another look and found a black one that had just arrived. I am now the owner of a Black 2013 Accord. It is really a great car. I appreciate all of Matt's hard work and determination to get me into the new car I really wanted. Also, want to let you know that Mr. Lawson the finance manager did a great job as well. He worked to get the payments where we wanted them. He was extremely knowledgeable about the warranties. He also worked to keep us from being there longer than necessary. I came back the next day and I had asked him to give me his best offer 1 time only. I would take it or leave it. he did that and came within $167 of what I had written down. do your internet research first. he was able to answer every question I had. I made the deal. the finance guy , Asten, was incredibly thorough and great. the CRV is in our garage right now. I felt no deception at all from these two men. A solid and great experience. this is my third Honda from this dealer. their maintenance is terrific (make an appointment for large maintenance). I have dealt with them since 1996. More

This was my first time leasing a car. I had the idea that this was going to be a terrible process and I was not looking forward to it.
