Amazing Experience with Atanas and the whole crew! Just purchased a beautiful Audi from Atanas Ivanov at Audi of Silver Spring. It was truly the easiest and best car purchasing experience of my life! A Just purchased a beautiful Audi from Atanas Ivanov at Audi of Silver Spring. It was truly the easiest and best car purchasing experience of my life! Atanas was very knowledgeable and low pressure (the cars kinda sell themselves). I purchased a 2014 A5 convertible that looked brand new with the exception of the fabric hood. The service department head was very honest and helpful and the sales manager, Mike Mazak, also went out of his way to help. I went by myself to look at a specific car and ended up purchasing it that day. My house is an hour away and Atanas offered to drive my car back home in rush hour traffic and I'm sure he had a 2 hour commute back to his home in Baltimore. Brad in the finance department was fantastic and worked quickly to get me out on time. Tala Drammeh happily drove to my house to pick up Atanas. Everyone was so helpful, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. I'll definitely be calling Aatanas to discuss an SUV within the year. Truly a wonderul experience! More

Evan (service department manager) and his team are truly the exceptional reliable customer service; responsive, polite, in time and always ready to assist. My experience with the sales department, including the finance team was outstanding. Sales rep Atanas Ivanov has done a great product presentation with remarkably passionate knowledge. I will say that if you need someone to show knowledge about cars, then ask for Atanas. I always shop for the best deal possible and without any doubt, this sales team got me the best deal. More
