I brought my Sorento in due to loss of power (fuel component). As the tech was performing an inspection, he discovered that the vehicle had nearly 6 quarts of oil, when the vehicle only takes 5.1. The original oil change was done in November along with a tire rotation at your dealership. How does a dealer let this type of work go unnoticed? If it was not for the issue, I may never have known. This is unacceptable.
