Buying a used car was out of my wheelhouse. I saw this Sportage on the website. I had been pre approved. .I wasn't happy that there was a $500. charge to use it. My credit score exceptional. I, through speaking to my banker had a pretty good idea of what my interest rate should be. When putting my money down, and procuring a monthly payment, I was told it was a certain % rate on Friday. I'd even asked a second time, 'So, this is my payment'?? Yes, I was told. When going through the finance officer on Monday, it was suddenly different. So I was unhappy with that as well. I'm not sure if there is a disconnect from sales to financing or if this is how used car sales. I did find the sales people and the front of the house a joy to work with. Vanessa Hoad was great. I was happy to be her customer. More
