Sway Bar Links Issue and Tires Replaced Something has changed there. Upon arrival was told that my appointment and loaner car reservation were not in the computer. Was told that they switched over to a new computer service, so they were having some issues. Was then informed that I needed to reschedule my appointment. I told them that this was unacceptable and that I could borrow the owner's car as a loaner. they agreed to get a rental for me through another car rental agency. When car was ready (Two days later) I had questions about the sway bar issue, which now was not an issue. I kept getting the voice mailbox of someone, but could not leave a message as his mailbox was full. A day later I finally got ahold of someone by going through sales. When returning the rental, the agency shared with me that they have heard a few complaints about things going south over there as of late. I asked to have the service manager contact me, but never heard from him/her. More

The best service I've ever experienced Athena the best service rep in the state! From Elliot Matos, the Service Manager, to the kids that clean my car, Hoffman Audi always exceeds my expec Athena the best service rep in the state! From Elliot Matos, the Service Manager, to the kids that clean my car, Hoffman Audi always exceeds my expectations...and that's not easy.. I've owned many different premium brands, but none come close. BMW? All I can say is the BMW service people should visit the Hoffman service department and view the level of excellence. We now own three Audis; Q5, A7 & A4 and will continue to buy Audis! More

Great people, but typical auto service biz I brought my car in for two free recall repairs, to Hoffman Audi East Hartford recently. The customer service representatives I dealt with were ver I brought my car in for two free recall repairs, to Hoffman Audi East Hartford recently. The customer service representatives I dealt with were very professional, and really, downright friendly. they got me into a loaner quickly, and when repairs were complete, got me my car just as quickly, with a smile. I was told the repairs would take about two hours, and I could pick up the car later in the day. The service department did a great job keeping me informed that the car would be done late in the day, then end of business, then the next morning, then the end of the next day. They also identified another issue similar to the recall, but not covered. issue was named as valve that controls air going by core to create heat for the cabin. I have not experienced any issues with heat to the cabin, but how do I know if its real? in summary, the 4 hour, free repair took two days and the new "problem" cost $372.00. Great personal service, typical dealership service group. More

Athena Lindquist was great! I want to start out by stating that I have worked with Athena Lindquist in the past and on both occasions she was great to deal with. In fact, each a I want to start out by stating that I have worked with Athena Lindquist in the past and on both occasions she was great to deal with. In fact, each and every person I ever had to deal with face to face at Hoffman Audi have been great and I couldn't have been happier. Personable, knowledgeable, and kind. On my most recent visit, which took place in December of 2016, again I worked with Athena. I called them up because after having my oil changed, I noticed a slow leak. Then while driving my oil light came on. Audi A6. So I call Hoffman and they advise that if I bring the car in early the next day they will take a look. I put a quart of oil in and took it to Hoffman at 7:00am. At approximately 8:00 am I got shuttled to work and at 8:18 am I received a text indicating that the technician had looked at the problem and diagnosed that I needed to replace the oil pan. That it would be $997 plus tax and that it would be upwards of 6 hours to do it. I nearly pulled the trigger but decided to get a second opinion. I had the shuttle pick me up, paid Hoffman their fee for checking out my car, and then immediately took it to The European Car in Canton, CT. I explained to them the issue. They had one of the mechanics drive the car, put it up on the lift, then brought me over to take a look at it. Once up on the lift and the cover was removed, the mechanic showed me where the leak was coming from. Explained that if the pan needed to be replaced that he would need to remove a bar to gain proper access, etc. and that the job would take him about 2.5 hours to complete (not 6 hours). The mechanic went on to explain that sometimes when the oil plug is screwed on too tight that they strip and become bad and that might have happened with mine. He then went, grabbed a tool, and with less than a quarter turn of the plug, the oil drip stopped completely. He wiped everything off, waited for a couple of minutes to see if the drip/leak resumed, but it didn't. The problem was not that the oil pan needed replacing, but that the plug wasn't tightened quite enough after the oil change. They didn't charge me a thing So my issue with Hoffman was two-fold, 1), bad diagnosis, and 2) the 6 hour labor quote to jack up the price. That being said, Athena, and the rest of the folks I've dealt with have always been a pleasure, but I now question the knowledge of their mechanics. More

5k maintenance on 2016 Audi Unbelievably awesome service. Everybody was super nice and helpful. I was even offered a breakfast sandwich! I did not had it as I had a breakfast bef Unbelievably awesome service. Everybody was super nice and helpful. I was even offered a breakfast sandwich! I did not had it as I had a breakfast before I went for the car maintenance but I was very impressed by the offer. I waited for 1.5 hours very comfortably seated, connected to work and being very productive during that timeframe with work issues resolutions and completing unfinished tasks. A very good experience indeed... THANK YOU!!! More
