Responsiveness I texted Raymond saying I was in the market for a new car, Raymond himself responded to my text in about 3 minutes! Loved that! He had a black Subaru I texted Raymond saying I was in the market for a new car, Raymond himself responded to my text in about 3 minutes! Loved that! He had a black Subaru ON THE LOT! We made an appointment that same morning & by 5 pm I drove away in my new Subaru! Raymond gave me his undivided attention & got it done! More

Wonderful experience, impeccable service I never once felt like I was being pushed into anything during my experience with Ray or anyone I came into contact with during my car buying experien I never once felt like I was being pushed into anything during my experience with Ray or anyone I came into contact with during my car buying experience. I was amazed about the fact that Ray was able to answer all of my questions about the features of the 2018 Impreza that I purchased. I have not had a new car in many years and he made feel comfortable about all of the features and gadgets and did it with calming enthusiasm. Ray really made me feel at home and comfortable to ask any questions. I would recommend Garcia Subaru and Ray to anyone seeking to find a new or used Subaru!! I LOVE MY NEW SUBARU!! More

General Manager that cares Busy Saturday afternoon, sales staff was helping other customers and the General manager approached and introduced herself. She offered snacks and the Busy Saturday afternoon, sales staff was helping other customers and the General manager approached and introduced herself. She offered snacks and then immediately offered to step in and assist until a sales person became available. Aubry facilitated from start to finish. I am impressed that a woman with her responsibility helped us and did not make us feel like an interruption to her day. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and informative. She focused on us, made us feel valuable and has continued to follow up on our experience. I am confident that her staff will do the same. Thank you Garcia Automotive for empowering women like her. She earned our trust and earned Subaru customers for life. More

Dog friendly car and Ray Montes Ray approached us as we walked through the doors of the showroom with 2 dogs. He reached out to the 4 of us with a friendly greeting and made sure h Ray approached us as we walked through the doors of the showroom with 2 dogs. He reached out to the 4 of us with a friendly greeting and made sure he knew what we were looking for and the information we needed to make a decision. My wife already knew she wanted an Ascent, but needed to check out all of the features. I was giving up my 12-year-old Toyota Matrix in exchange for the safety features in the new models. I test drove a Forester and it felt just right.. My #1 need was to have enough comfortable and safe interior space for our dogs. We travel often and Ray was extremely helpful in pointing out features that would make our adventures completely enjoyable -- smooth ride, excellent vision (front and back) -- lots of cargo space -- wonderful safety features. Some follow-up contacts with Ray were also helpful. He takes care of his customers very well long after we drive our new cars off the lot. Definitely a 5 star rating -- wish you had 10 starts to choose from. More

Best Service. I bought a Subaru in 2015. My Subaru is outstanding. But, the service I got was excellent. I live in Santa Fe, but a lot of my family is in Albuquer I bought a Subaru in 2015. Bad customer service Did not give time of day, and acted above her customers and even treated her workers worse in front of customers, talking down to them. Wont ever use this dealership again. Would not even come talk to me, they were too busy... the only person that seemed appropriate was the sales person. Guess they don’t like selling cars after all! Will never recommend to anyone I know to be treated like this! More
