Unfortunately, the process was very drawn out. 4 visits to fix warranty issue. Still not 100% fixed. When first went in I was told there was no bulletin so they couldn’t look into my issue. They f 4 visits to fix warranty issue. Still not 100% fixed. When first went in I was told there was no bulletin so they couldn’t look into my issue. They failed to investigate and diagnose. I was given a line of xx from the service manager Andy at that time. The visits after that were also incomplete visits with the issue not being identified. Parts came in and I was never called. Months later the part was finally installed and was working - only to find out that the window master control is now faulty and the window switches stick. They feel like cheap aftermarket switches. I brought the car in for a inspection, oil change and to look at a valve cover leak. They had the car for almost two weeks. The worst part was they left the car outside parked under a tree.
