Chevrolet after confirming with the initial service advisor that this appointment included more than just an oil change, since my oil had already been changed at 6,800 miles based on the vehicle’s maintenance indicator.
My appointment was set for 7:00 a.m., and I was instructed to leave the vehicle with the key inside, which I did. After not receiving any update, I called at 9:30 a.m. and spoke with Stacey. She was rude and appeared to have no idea what was happening. She could not locate my vehicle and was unaware that I even had a 7:00 a.m. appointment.
What was most frustrating is that no one contacted me when they were unable to find my vehicle at 7 am. If I had not called myself, my car likely would have sat there all day without being serviced.
This experience demonstrated a serious lack of communication and organization. Because of how this situation was handled and the poor customer service I received, I will not be returning to Mastrovito Chevrolet for future service.
