I came in to have an oil change; free as it was for my new CRV. Augie was quick with the intake process. I was in and out within the 1 hour and 10 minutes he had promised (great completion time IMO). I love working with Augie. He has a very energetic personality and can always brighten your day with great customer service. . Van check engine light My van's problem was correctly diagnosed: check engine light was illuminated due to failure of an oxygen sensor. The replacement part was obtained and My van's problem was correctly diagnosed: check engine light was illuminated due to failure of an oxygen sensor. The replacement part was obtained and replaced. The service department is excellent. They are very efficient when vehicles come in. They immediately have someone come to you and find out what you are there for. They absolutely need replaced for my safety. I felt that I couldn't afford them at the moment, and he helped me pick out the best tires for my needs. He also worked out the best deal for me and helped me set up an interest free plan so I can pay for them in a timely manner that I can handle. More
