Emissions Problem My emissions trouble light came on in my 2019 CR-V (only 2745 miles) and worried to drive too far as the manual said see dealership. The closest dealership to me was Westshore Honda; 1/2 mile away. I hadn’t had much success with them in the past, but they were now under new ownership, so I thought best to go immediately. 1 hour later the service gentleman had me thinking they might be tearing my car apart to look for water/rain damage, telling me if found not under warranty, would need $ down to work on. Scaring me to death and seeing $ signs. All in all, he said I could drive my CR-V. I left in despair. I drove cautiously in the rain (several miles away and in rush hour traffic) to Brandon Honda where I purchased the vehicle just 3 months before. My salesman, Aaron Hoffer (great guy and excellent to work with) was away from the dealership. Vince and the "Lane Manager" (sorry I lost your name) started my intake until my hero, Augustine Cardona arrived. Oh, my gosh. My despair melted as Augie assured me, I would be taken care of Brandon Honda style. I wish I had just gone there first. Everything was resolved with no major incidents and free of charge. I know the dealerships are both owned by Morgan Group, but the experiences are soooo different. Please ask for Augie and you will never be disappointed. He is so personable and such a calming guy. I could kick myself for not going to Brandon Honda first. That will never ever happen again! More

Service Advising Department was great. While I am not super impressed with the service technician that first diagnosed my vehicle, I was very pleased with Augustine and Rachel When I c While I am not super impressed with the service technician that first diagnosed my vehicle, I was very pleased with Augustine and Rachel When I came into the dealership I had a warning light for brakes and traction control illuminated on my dash and I asked the dealership to diagnose. I was called back by Augustine telling me that the issue with my vehicle as reported to him by the tech was that "an after market master cylinder that was placed on the vehicle had failed and caused the brake booster to fail also". The vehicle has 47,000 miles and has never had the master cylinder replaced. I know because I bought brand new. Augustine and I discussed the situation for a long time and then Rachel was brought into the discussion. She had a more experienced tech look at the master cylinder and he confirmed that the master cylinder was the original and not after market. I was given a loaner and Rachel said she would ask Honda to cover half the cost, since the vehicle was out of warranty and only had 47,000 miles. Even though I am disappointed in the tech that said that I had put an aftermarket master cylinder on the vehicle and in that the master cylinder went bad at 47,000 miles, I did appreciate that Rachel and Augustine was able to save me a lot of money. As an FYI this is the 4th Honda we have had serviced there on a regular basis. When I was given the news, I was ready to sever my ties with Brandon Honda, but Augustine and Rachel was able to restore my faith. Thank you. More
