One of the reasons why I liked this dealer is because of the new car specials posted on their website. I believe I received a good deal, especially considering MSRP numbers. Not to say that MSRP numbers are the new car specials posted on their website. I believe I received a good deal, especially considering MSRP numbers. Not to say that MSRP numbers are bad, but as a consumer,looking at those numbers sometimes makes you feel out of range. When a dealer puts out specials, I can, from the privacy of my own home on the internet, determine whether the vehicle is affordable for me or not without dealing with the usual dealership salesman pressures. Looking at an MSRP over $30000.00 for the Tacoma I wanted, I would never had made it into the dealership. More

Horrible place. Do not go here. They made me wait for hours to negotiate a price. After all that, while we were sitting there with three kids, we were told they could not determine the exact price of the hours to negotiate a price. Meanwhile, the sales guy was telling me all about how his parents are big shots, how and why leasing makes sense, why one should never buy a vehicle. He spent most of the time arguing about non related things. Even though he knew I had three kids sitting there, one of whom is just two. I WOULD STRONGLY URGE YOU NOT TO GO THIS TOYOTA DEALERSHIP. MOHAMMED SALAH WAS EXTREMELY RUDE TOO WHEN I WENT AND TALKED TO HIM ABOUT THE SITUATION, PRETENDING THAT HE COULD NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT I WAS SAYING. Toyota of Orlando and their staff ...swept me away with their Phenomenal Service. From the moment I got to this dealership I got their full attention and they were very concern about my needs and wants a their Phenomenal Service. I feel sad I can't remember the name of the representative who took me to the car lot to see the Toyota cars and let me test drive my car before I bought it. That was the MOST important thing of the entire sales process, because I wouldn't feel confident enough without seeing the car first or test drive it in order to buy it. On 08/20, I traded in my 2008 Luxury SUV for a beautiful 2012 Toyota Camry XLE and my daughter and I are now very Happy with our new Camry. Aundre Robertson was calm and very informative and Shawn Sibley also helped me in the final process of filling out all the finance and important papers by doing so with patience and reassuring that I was completely satisfied with the entire sales and service process. Kudos to Toyota of Orlando for also having a small Snacks and Coffee Shop with a friendly staff where I took my daughter to get a snack while we were waiting in the lobby. More

I knew I was in good hands when I saw Aundre Robertson. Aundre coordinate work on my price. I have worked several times before with Aundre when he was in Finance. He is the absolute best. I also met Jordan Siviglia again while working out my deal for the new Prius V and appreciated is assistance. Aundre passed off the closing to Neston in Finance. Everything was very smooth and professional. Both Aundre and Neston made sure the Prius V was ready and had everything there. This was the smoothest auto purchase I have ever had. This purchase was my 8th Toyota from Toyota from Orlando (Rav4=2, 4Runner=1, Prius=5. I will be back when my wife wants to replace her 2010 Prius.
