The driver of the shuttle does not use the mask properly. He leaves his nose uncovered. I reported this to the dealership and got no response. This kind of behavior is dangerous for everybody! Few of the service team Members who worked in the garage or in the office/lounge area wore protective face masks. I would think that a Honda dealership would try to bend over backwards to ensure that it’s or in the office/lounge area wore protective face masks. Service Manager without appointment immediately achieved the following: 1) Service Tech chec Recall on 2004 Honda CR-V EX. 1st visit to dealership. Service Manager without appointment immediately achieved the following: 1) Service Tech check recall 2) informed customer of need for recall 3) customer shown location of repair and explained the work to be achieved 4) the time required to do repair 5) ordered parts 6) customer was informed no cost would he occur. 7) would call customer as soon as parts were in for appointment. Appointment was made with 24 hrs. Recall completed within that 24 hrs. Customer was impressed and appreciated with all achieved by the the service manager, Tech. and parts department. More

Austin is always taking care of me for my vehicle services. The parts department employees are not too friendly. Need to send them to customer service training & computer part search training.
