I would say the car washes are not what I was told they would be when purchasing my vehicle. Also, the tech/service center lost the locking hub key for the tires and I still don't have one. Service Mgr Austin was very nice and went above to make arrangements for service when he saw I was a firefighter. There was a problem with the vehicle not being picked up at the correct time. Had to call t arrangements for service when he saw I was a firefighter. There was a problem with the vehicle not being picked up at the correct time. Had to call to find out why they had not arrived. If there was a problem because they were running behind a simple phone call would have been nice. Only there for an oil change and windshield wipers. Never heard from them until almost 5 hrs later to explain the service. Then did not get the car back for almost another hour. When you have an appointment for 10:30 you would not think to be without the vehicle for almost 6 hrs for simple service. Pickup and delivery driver was courteous . I understand things happen but a phone call earlier would have been nice. The previous week they went above and beyond to repair a vehicle we had just purchased for an oil pressure sending unit. Very pleased with that service.😀 More
