Excellent and easiest car buying experience I ever had!! I had a lot of anxiety about buying a car especially being a woman. But as soon as I entered Roswell Infinity dealership I was met with warm smiles an I had a lot of anxiety about buying a car especially being a woman. But as soon as I entered Roswell Infinity dealership I was met with warm smiles and Shae my sales person who showed me the vehicle I was interested in. Once I decided that this was the vehicle I definitely wanted she and her team helped me get financed. As a person with challenged credit I didn’t think it would be possible. World Class Customer Service Austin answered all of my immediate questions over there Internet chat server as I was looking at vehicles. Unfortunately, he was on able to meet Austin answered all of my immediate questions over there Internet chat server as I was looking at vehicles. Unfortunately, he was on able to meet me to close the sale the next evening as he had personal business to deal with. But she did email me a financial/personal disclosure form earlier that morning. He took the time to literally have all of the pertinent paperwork filled out ahead of time, and he handed the sale over to Anthony Smith. Anthony took the time to review all the features of my new QX 80, he took me and my wife for a test drive. The sales manager, Reggie, absolutely no high pressure sales, he was honest almost to a fault, lol. In seriousness though, I did purchase the additional warranty to cover the vehicle bumper to bumper, as well the windshield insurance ( A new windscreen on a QX 80 is about $2700!), I also purchased the wheel insurance to cover any road hazards or scraping the rims on a curb. Because I put half the money down in cash on Thursday account, Reggie was honest enough to point out that I do not need “gap insurance”. Roswell Infiniti Is the second biggest infiniti dealership in the United States... they have more certified pre-owned vehicles and new vehicles then any other Infiniti dealerships in the state... Whenever I have purchased a new vehicle before with other dealerships, it seems like it is always a four hour ordeal! I think I was in and out in about an hour, and that also included a lovely test drive.
