If you're in the market for a new or used car, GO TO WILSONVILLE TOYOTA! I have had not so great experiences with car dealerships in the past and I believed that was just the reality of buying a car. Wi WILSONVILLE TOYOTA! I have had not so great experiences with car dealerships in the past and I believed that was just the reality of buying a car. Wilsonville Toyota and the employees I worked with made me feel welcome and at ease the moment I walked in the door. They explained their process and how they have a one price, one sales rep approach. No moving from a couple different sales reps, to a finance rep, to a closer. One sales person, and one price, super simple. At one point I was praising their business model and how they were challenging the stereotype of car dealerships, and my sales rep Christy said something along the lines of, "Well, you'll eventually be back in the market to buy a car, and we hope that you'll come back here." That's when it clicked, when you do good business, you have repeat customers. I will most definitely be returning to Wilsonville Toyota when that day arrives. I would give 10 stars if I could! More

Great experience. Saw a vehicle on-line and was able to schedule a quick stop to see it over a lunch break, no plan to buy it yet. I had a great experience at Wilsonville Toyota. Great customer service. We came in an evening but had to leave before we could go through with purchasing the used vehicle we wanted. They held the vehicle overnight, and I came back the next day to purchase it. I had a pre-approval from a credit union, but they found a better rate to save on my payment. Wasif was great. He very easy to work with from start to finish and provided a great, comfortable experience. My wife couldn't make it to the dealership for the purchase, so Wasif came to our house to get the paperwork signed. More
