Service is subpar. They don’t care about you at all, just about making money off of you. Cars aren’t even cleaned properly. I was promised my paperwork next day latest, and I had to contact the dealership several times to get my paperwork sent over. I was also told I’d get a second copy of my key and that never happened. I gave 2 stars simply because I was able to finance with the credit union I wanted to go with. More

Had a great experience here at Wilsonville Toyota! Jason and Austin were very responsive and helpful with all my e-mail questions and concerns. Azhar had me in and out of the dealership in about 1.5hr Jason and Austin were very responsive and helpful with all my e-mail questions and concerns.
